He has had nothing but praise from the team which is hard to obtain, he has met with myself today to discuss how we control the pest problem we are encountering he will put his ideas into a report and share with Carlisle Support Services later in the week. The level of professionalism he has displayed has been a much improved service from the one we used to get from the previous contractor. It was refreshing to meet with him and I am hopeful his measures suggested will work."
